Websitecop, will monitor your entire web contents for FREE. The only condition we ask is that you carry our " Websitecop Monitored " banner on your index or home page (see bottom of this page) If your not sure how to do this talk to your website administrator, by doing this provides a point in time that is recorded by a third independent party (Websitecop) by which your work can be dated.

Deleting or changing this banner in any way will render your sign up invalid and your website contents will no longer be monitored by Websitecop. However you can place our banner on your website as a deterrent but we can not monitor your website and or its content. Each time your website content is scanned across the internet our search engine checks first to see that our banner is present. If we discover that any of your work has been used without your knowledge, we will act (on your agreement) to pursue the violator(s) to settle the dispute financially pending legal intervention and we will prepare evidence of the violation pending further action through an Intellectual Copyright Lawyer that ether you or we choose on your behalf (by agreement).

If the violator(s) decide to settle prior to the evolvement of an Intellectual Copyright Lawyer(s), we will pay you £250 Guaranteed! on receipt of the undisclosed settlement fee.
Should the violator(s) decide to proceed and defend their copyright breach through Intellectual Copyright Lawyers, Websitecop will pass on to you any evidence that we hold (free of charge) and will have no further part to play, financially, legally or otherwise. Websitecop is not responsible for any costs in anyway, related to the offence after the case and/or the evidence notes have been passed on to you or an Intellectual Copyright Lawyer selected by us or yourselves (by agreement). But we still will continue to monitor your Website contents for further future breaches free of charge.

Any work that contains any sexual content in ANY WAY will be scanned and if deemed unfit for protection by Websitecop, will be reported to the relevant authorities and or the Police.

This service is provided free so that all the evidence can be gathered without involving the costly charges of Intellectual Copyright Lawyers gathering evidence and proof at your expense.

Websitecop will not be held responsible for any financial costs, charges or otherwise incurred by you at any time be it before or after the case notes and /or evidence have be passed on to you or your legal representatives.

Websitecop will continue to monitor your website contents so log as financially possible.
