Websitecop actively pursues any websites that contains copied text, coding, layout or images. The copied material,UK Law, in its original form, when placed on the internet, automatically has copyright protection unless specifically stated on that website by that author or creator.

Websitecop's approach to breach of copyright has an immediate effect and the content is taken down soon after our intervention. This will then have an effect on Google rankings, as Google consider that two websites containing the same material are mirror websites and this effectivley HALVES the Google ranking of both the original website and the copied website's content.
